What is the problem you are having with the submission form?

Everytime, I download my resume, it's written :
Error: Your cv can be of the file format: MS-Word, OpenOffice, PDF.

I tried with PDF file, Word file 2003 and 2007.

If you want to apply, you need to make your resume on Open Office.
Only works with this program, and absolutely does not work with PDF file or Microsoft Word file.

Hi,

After submitting my application, there were two messages appeared to me. One of them is stating that the application is submitted and the other stating that there was an error. The two messages appeared to me in a new window under each other. I copied them below:

" it Your Application was submitted correctly!
We will contact you as soon as possible.
You will now be redirected..."

"Database Error encountered: You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 's degree in Sapienza University of Rome, Italy', 'The American University in C' at line 16 : ErrNo.1064 in the insert_application function. Contact maintenance."

Now, I don't know whether my application is submitted correctly or not. My name is Mahmoud Ashraf, can you please confirm whether it is correctly submitted or not.
