We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Hostel Staff Members. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of our hostel and creating a positive experience for our guests.
Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
Provide guests with information about the hostel, local attractions, and activities
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness throughout the hostel, including common areas, bathrooms, and guest rooms
Assist with laundry, housekeeping, and general maintenance tasks as needed
Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns
Promote a friendly and inclusive atmosphere by engaging with guests and fostering a sense of community
Collaborate with fellow staff members to ensure a seamless guest experience
Adhere to hostel policies and procedures, including safety and security guidelines
Requirements:
Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field preferred but not required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
