Looking to live and work in a different city for a couple of months? We are looking for a dedicated couple to help supplement our staff during the months of November-March. The couple will be responsible for covering some reception shifts, greeting and hosting guests, co-managing hostel staff and working with our marketing team to help personalize local marketing strategies.
Requirements:
Languages:
English: (doesn't have to be perfect but comprehension and conversational skills must be high)
Spanish: conversational skills for Granada and Malaga
We offer a comprehensive training program. It is not to have a background or experience in tourism or hospitality. We just need motivated, energetic, responsible, social and capable team leaders.

training in back front and back office systems
social media management
reception duties and procedures
