We are looking for a young, enthousiastic and responsible person of at least 21y old, fluent in English (and willing to learn Portuguese).

Experience in hostel work or education in the tourist, marketing or communication sector preferable. A person with strong administration skills to assist in the management of a student house and vacation rental business: handle reservations, communication with guests, check in & out of guests, planning and organization, marketing.

Free accomodation + attractive remuneration.

Beside work sufficient free time to experience Rio and surroundings! A great chance to improve your social and communication skills in an international environment, in the most beautiful city in the world!

hi, i am very interested, but i am from Malaysia. WIll it pose any problems working there if this all work out? I used to work in restaurants before as a waiter. Anyway, how can i send u my resumes ..? Most importantly, is it still available for the summer from August?

I am a recent college graduate from the University of Kansas with experience living and working with hostels in Europe, South America, and North America. I speak English and Spanish fluently and I'm interested in moving to Rio de Janeiro to learn Portuguese and work in the Rio tourism industry.

I recently moved back to the US after studying Spanish in Ecuador and volunteering in Colombia.

In college I was a resident assistant at the 3rd biggest dormitory in the United States, which housed over 900 people. As a resident assistant I worked the front desk and gained administrative experience working with other RA's and the students in our building.

I also worked for Jazz on the City Hostel in New York City dealing with reservations, organizing pub crawls, and managing a diverse and international staff. If you are interested I can email you my CV and photo. I look forward to speaking with you about joining your hostel!
