Come see why Patey's Place is the name for clean, safe, and fun hostel lodging in Hawaii!  Our work-traders enjoy the benefits of a well-established, highly organized value-based lodging provider, while providing our guests with exceptional levels of service and Aloha!

Five shifts a week (4-5 hours each) in exchange sleeping space shared with only one or two others (same gender room), internet & laundry privileges, use of our bikes, snorkel & beach gear, and lots more. Job options include front desk and housekeeping functions.  Shifts are either 8am-Noon or 5pm-10pm.  We require a work commitment of 30-90 days, and a $100 refundable personal security deposit. 

Our hostel is located in downtown Kailua Kona, on the west side of the Big Island of Hawaii.  Very very different from Honolulu and Waikiki --  Kona town is small but fun -- the commercial hub of this side of the island.  Famous Ali'i Drive is just a few minutes walk away from our place, with lots of restaurants, shopping, and nightlife.
