Hello Backpackers!
We are looking for enthousiastic people that are willing to dedicate themselves to our hostel and experience the true meaning of hostel life.
Most important is that you are extremely social, easy going and that you are prepared to do everything to make sure that our guests have a great time in Tallinn and especially our hostel. In that regards, it helps a lot if you are outgoing and like to have a few beers.
Apart from having very good people skills, you'll need to be able to do the standard hostel duties like reception work and cleaning. In return, you get free dorm accommodation, standard salary and bonus based on performances.
