Re: Traveling from the US alone

last year i worked in the sunrock hostel in corfu, greece. i recommend this hostel to everyone. its family run and when you work there you get bed and board for free. you can work in the hostel which entails making and serving breakfast in the morning, making and serving dinner in the evening and washup and/or tending the bar. or you can work on the organic farm. its literally less than a minute walk from the beach in a nice area that isnt totally full of tourists (one hotel, one hostel and some apartments). i worked there in through september and start of october. there was a nice crowd but not too many so the work wasnt so bad and the food is AMAZING. anyway i cant recommend this hostel enough and its something to consider
