Hostel Jobs

Hi everybody,
My name is Rosa and I came from Italy. I've got a degree in foreign languages and literatures. I can speak italian, english, german and a little bit french. I'm very sociable, flexible, and ready to do new life changing experiences.
I'm looking for a summer Job (august-september) preferably in Ireland, Uk, Usa, but other destinations are welcome.
I' would like to find a Job that helps me to practice my language skills, give me the opportunity to finance my staying , and allowe me to know people from all over the world.
I definetly  think that working in youth hostels could be the perfect choice to satisfy my needs.
